We are seeking a seasoned Product Group Leader to lead a major business unit with multiple high-revenue product lines in a fast-paced, matrixed SaaS environment.

• Lead multiple product lines to meet revenue, profit, and expense targets.
• Oversee a cross-functional team (80–120 people) through a matrix structure.
• Define and track key KPIs across financial and operational metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management and leadership roles.
• Strong financial acumen and P&L management skills.
• Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred.
