Overview

The Customer Success Manager at DarkBlue will play a crucial role in helping clients effectively utilize OSINT and Dark Web intelligence platforms to achieve their investigative and security objectives.

In Short

  • Establish and maintain engagement with customers through strategic business reviews.
  • Proactively identify and resolve challenges to ensure customer health.
  • Meet with customers both virtually and in-person, requiring some travel.
  • Contribute to the adoption, renewal, and retention of key clients.
  • Answer advanced product usage and technical questions related to OSINT and Dark Web.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams.
  • Support initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
  • Provide input on optimizing workflows for the Customer Success team.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success or Technical Account Management roles.
  • Understanding of OSINT, Dark Web intelligence, and cybersecurity.
  • Ability to develop customer engagement strategies and account plans.
  • Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
