Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Appspace, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience, ensuring software adoption, satisfaction, and retention.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or account management.
  • Experience in the computer software industry preferred.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Ability to collaborate and identify internal resources.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Technically inclined with software training abilities.
  • Degree in Business or related field preferred.
