Overview

The Manager, Customer Success will be a part of the Strategic Analytics & Insights Pack & Design team, leveraging various methods to influence packaging and product design for top global brands.

In Short

  • Manage projects from kickoff to delivery.
  • Oversee client deliverables and ensure quality.
  • Engage directly with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to analysts.
  • Utilize advanced research methods including AI.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams.
  • Present results to clients and internal teams.
  • Develop insights from data analysis.
  • Maintain strong organization and communication.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and best practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Market Research and project management experience.
  • 3+ years in custom online survey research.
  • 2+ years in client communication and management.
  • Background in psychology or neuroscience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Dynamics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
