Overview

The Customer Success Manager at Mobbin will shape how we onboard, support, and grow team and enterprise accounts, ensuring a smooth experience throughout the customer lifecycle.

In Short

  • Manage the full account lifecycle including renewals and expansions.
  • Create and manage onboarding processes for teams and enterprises.
  • Monitor account health and mitigate key account churn risks.
  • Join sales calls with prospects and conduct product demos.
  • Oversee procurement processes for team and enterprise accounts.
  • Assist in preparing and tracking customer and vendor contracts.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, growth, legal, and security teams.
  • Help manage a small customer support team.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment wearing multiple hats.
  • Drive sales velocity while maintaining timely approvals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in customer success or account management.
  • Proven experience in onboarding and training customers.
  • Skilled in product demos and identifying renewal opportunities.
  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in product troubleshooting and tracking feature usage.
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Experience working with legal and procurement teams.
  • Comfortable working with a global customer base.
  • Motivated to make a real difference in customer success.
