The Mobbin platform serves over a million inspiration-seekers across the world and shapes the way digital products are designed globally. We are hiring an AI trainer to join our ML Team, responsible for creating new capabilities through machine learning.

In Short

• Manage the labelling team and plan projects based on stakeholder priorities.
• Identify issues and craft solutions regarding model performance and data curation.
• Curate and refine data based on model performance insights.
• Evaluate team performance and assess the impact of labeled data on model accuracy.
• Develop labelling instructions for UI/UX datasets.
• Grow capabilities and optimise workflows of the labelling team.

Requirements

• Familiarity with UI/UX concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in improving model performance through data curation.
• Effective communication and writing skills.
• Experience managing a team in a data labelling or AI environment.
• Ability to develop structured guidelines for data annotation.
