Overview

The Revenue Operations Leader will drive continuous improvement in the sales funnel, supporting seller efficiency and advocating for best practice processes and tools.

  • Support execution of revenue operations initiatives within the region.
  • Evaluate and enhance sales processes for maximum efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in sales operations & enablement.
  • Proven success in executing strategic sales enablement objectives.
  • Self-starter with strong communication skills and leadership presence.
  • Data-driven approach to building processes and measuring success.
  • Flexibility to adjust to new demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intimate knowledge of the sales cycle and methodologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, and Power BI.
