Overview

The Director, Compensation & Benefits – Americas is a key leader responsible for leading strategy, design, and execution of C&B initiatives across the Americas region.

In Short

  • Lead and develop the regional Compensation & Benefits team.
  • Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Oversee job leveling and guide compensation adjustments.
  • Translate data into actionable insights for compensation strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for C&B processes.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of global C&B projects.
  • Partner with various stakeholders including HR, Finance, and Legal.
  • Ensure compliance with regional regulations.
  • Lead special projects related to executive and sales compensation.
  • Deliver clear presentations tailored to regional audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in global compensation and benefits.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws across the Americas.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency preferred.
  • Experience with HR systems, preferably Workday.
