Overview

Join our global HR team and support our Compensation & Benefits function! This role involves analyzing compensation data, conducting job evaluations, and supporting salary structure analysis to ensure competitive and fair pay.

In Short

  • Maintain compensation databases, tools, and reports.
  • Conduct job evaluations and market benchmarking.
  • Assist in salary structure analysis and policy development.
  • Support compensation & benefits projects, including coordination and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and industry standards.
  • Stay updated on trends and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
  • Min. 2 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related areas.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS/compensation tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international team.
