The Travel & Expense Specialist will support the implementation and operational daily support of business travel activities at KOSTAL Europe, contributing to the design of travel management processes and collaborating across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in T&E management.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a Shared Services Center.
• Familiarity with process standardization practices.
• Proactive mindset and openness to new technologies.
