Reporting Analyst Trainee (Purchasing) - Remote

Overview

As a Reporting Analyst Trainee, you will be part of an innovative procurement analytics team, helping to turn numbers into actionable insights for smarter decision-making in procurement.

In Short

• Collect, consolidate, and validate purchasing data from various sources.
• Prepare and update KPI reports and dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud and other BI platforms.
• Assist in report automation using tools like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Support ad-hoc data and reporting requests from stakeholders.
• Document data sources and reporting logic for clarity.
• Collaborate with teams to understand data requirements.

Requirements

• Enrolled in university (Business Informatics, Data Science, etc.) until at least January 2026.
• Availability for at least 25 hours per week.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic environment.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills in English.
• Previous internship experience is a plus.
