Overview

We are looking for an experienced compensation and benefits expert to join the People Experience team as an individual contributor. In this role, you have the opportunity to shape the future of the compensation and benefits offerings in a mission-driven, people-centric fintech company.

In Short

• Shape the compensation and benefits strategy following Upvest's company and people strategies.
• Conduct a rigorous review of current structures and manage compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct regular compensation benchmarking and analysis.
• Lead the compensation reviews during the bi-annual progress cycle.
• Own Upvest's virtual shares and employee incentive programs.
• Design and implement competitive benefits offerings internationally.
• Research compensation opportunities to optimize offerings.
• Collaborate across the organization and advise C-level management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
• Work towards company objectives and People team goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits roles.
• Experience in modern compensation management and benchmarking.
• Understanding of total rewards programs and benefits offerings.
• Proven track record in managing VSOP/ESOP and incentive programs.
• Experience with relevant compensation and benefits software.
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
