Requirements

• Experience with external survey data sources.
• Strong understanding of compensation and benefits policies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven expertise in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of payroll, taxes, and benefits administration (nice to have).
• CIPD certification (nice to have).
