Peak Support is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to manage and administer employee compensation and benefits programs while ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate records.
In Short
Oversee administration and compliance of compensation and benefits programs.
Maintain accurate employee benefits records and track eligibility.
Monitor statutory obligations and ensure timely reporting.
Liaise with brokers and vendors for benefit-related issues.
Reconcile HMO and GLI billing with Finance department.
Communicate benefit information clearly to employees.
Conduct HR system audits for salary data accuracy.
Facilitate employee orientations on benefits.
Prepare payroll instructions for compliance.
Support HR department projects and tasks.
Requirements
Comfortable with data entry and file management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Experience in Human Resources operations.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Empathy and professionalism in interactions.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Confidentiality standards adherence.
Experience with Jeonsoft Payroll System is a plus.
