Overview

Peak Support is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to manage and administer employee compensation and benefits programs while ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate records.

In Short

  • Oversee administration and compliance of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee benefits records and track eligibility.
  • Monitor statutory obligations and ensure timely reporting.
  • Liaise with brokers and vendors for benefit-related issues.
  • Reconcile HMO and GLI billing with Finance department.
  • Communicate benefit information clearly to employees.
  • Conduct HR system audits for salary data accuracy.
  • Facilitate employee orientations on benefits.
  • Prepare payroll instructions for compliance.
  • Support HR department projects and tasks.

Requirements

  • Comfortable with data entry and file management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience in Human Resources operations.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Empathy and professionalism in interactions.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Confidentiality standards adherence.
  • Experience with Jeonsoft Payroll System is a plus.
