Peak Support, an outsourcing firm serving some of today’s most innovative companies, is seeking a Client Success Manager to join our team. Peak Support manages customer service and back-office teams for high-growth companies.

In Short

  • Establish and maintain a governance model for multiple client accounts.
  • Lead the team by allocating resources and coordinating activities.
  • Oversee staffing, production, and process improvement efforts.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
  • Prepare and present business reviews to clients.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients and executives.
  • Participate in travel to solidify client relationships.
  • Create strategic plans for process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for new business with existing clients.
  • Promote team engagement through planning and recognition activities.
