Overview

As a Client Success Manager, you will work strategically with the team to best serve our clients, ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery while supporting the growth of our business.

Requirements

• College degree or applicable experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Effective communication skills under stress.
• Knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Management industry is a plus.
• Preferred candidates will reside in specific time zones.
