In Short

• Fully remote Business Analyst role.
• Support, improve, and design processes and applications.
• Collaborate with IT for business functions like Business Development and Account Management.
• Manage internal and external processes, client reporting, and management reporting.
• Strong business and technical skills required.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools and CRM systems.
• Coordinate agile project teams through all stages.
• Develop test plans and guide user acceptance testing.
• Train team members on new technologies.
• Maintain clear documentation of processes and technical designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics or related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in business analytics.
• Experience in Agile/Sprint Planning methodologies.
• Familiarity with SQL for analysis or QA.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and software development life cycle.
• Effective communication skills with senior management.
• Experience with reporting tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Drive to learn business processes specific to the PBM industry.
