Member Care Advocate - Remote

Overview

The Member Care Advocate is responsible for performing all tasks relative to in-house and external communications with TrueScripts members, doctor’s offices, and pharmacies. This position responds to member and client inquiries, assists members with appropriate prescription benefits, and problem solves any issues in our claims system.

In Short

• Fully remote position working Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm Central time.
• Assist members with pharmacy claims processing and plan benefits.
• Troubleshoot claim processing problems and inquiries.
• Communicate escalated member service concerns to manager.
• Provide administrative support to Member Care Leadership and Executive teams.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Innovative thinking and analytical skills are beneficial.
• Ability to multi-task in an ever-changing environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, 2-year college degree in related field preferred.
• Two years of applicable experience preferred.
• Knowledge of claims processing helpful.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to explain plans to members and partnered pharmacies.
