Overview

As a part of Member Advocate Team at MedOne, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice assisting our members, pharmacies, and healthcare providers with their pharmacy benefits.

In Short

  • Primary source of information for members, pharmacies, and physicians via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve member, pharmacy, and physician inquiries and research claim processing issues.
  • Facilitate patient care between healthcare organizations and members.
  • Document engagement outcomes and steps taken with clarity.
  • Navigate multiple systems to effectively engage with members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve experiences.
  • Handle difficult conversations with empathy and active listening.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Willingness to obtain pharmacy technician certification within one year.
  • Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility with scheduling, including rotating Saturdays and evenings.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
