In Short

  • Own all customer relationships throughout the contract.
  • Be the primary interface between customers and the team.
  • Ensure full user adoption and long-term relationships.
  • Interpret complex data sources for user optimization.
  • Work through internal roadblocks to create success.
  • Develop case studies and success stories.
  • Listen empathetically to solve customer problems.
  • Manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to solve challenges.
  • Position is remote, based in Northern California or Washington DC/VA area.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience supporting customers with technical software.
  • Experience with law enforcement, public safety, or military.
  • Experience in the enterprise software space.
  • Ability to synthesize user feedback.
  • Track record of zero churn and positive revenue retention.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Located in the Virginia/DMV area.
