Overview

As a Customer Care Advocate, you will provide an outstanding call experience to patients and providers, ensuring that their requests are completed with sensitivity and urgency.

In Short

  • Provide superior customer care by troubleshooting customer/patient issues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience in a healthcare or medical device company preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to manage metrics and quality scores.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experience in multitasking roles preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and independent thinking.
