Overview

Pumpkin is looking for a friendly and empathetic Customer Care Advocate to deliver exceptional service and create a positive and memorable experience for our customers.

In Short

  • Work closely with the Customer Care Supervisor.
  • Develop thorough product knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance and prioritize customer satisfaction.
  • Must hold a Property & Casualty Producers License.
  • Location required in MST or PST.
  • Passionate about supporting the well-being of pets.
  • Contribute to a mission-driven culture focused on pets' best interests.

  • Active Property & Casualty Producers License.
  • Located in MST or PST.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Empathetic and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Willingness to learn about pet insurance products.
  • Ability to handle inquiries across multiple channels.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
