Technical Team Lead - Remote

Overview

Pumpkin is looking for a Tech Lead to drive our tech vision forward by guiding the development of creative software solutions that truly help pets, their owners, and veterinarians. This role is a remote position for those outside of a commutable distance of the New York City office, with some travel required.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering experience, at least 4 years in full stack development with Python
• 2+ years in leading technical projects and teams
• Expertise in modern web technologies and software architecture patterns
• Proven leadership ability to inspire teams and cultivate an engineering culture
• Adapt technical solutions to support evolving business objectives
• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver projects on time
• Adept at resolving conflicts and forging consensus among stakeholders
• Exceptional communication abilities to articulate complex technical concepts
