Overview

Pumpkin is seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Success Agent to drive new business opportunities and expand our customer base through proactive prospecting and strategic sales initiatives. This role focuses on educating prospective customers and providing an exceptional customer experience.

• Maintain a successful conversion rate through 20-30 calls per day.
• Educate potential customers on Pumpkin's policies and products.
• Analyze customer motivations and handle objections effectively.
• Act as a brand ambassador to enhance customer experiences.

Requirements

• 2 years minimum experience in a sales environment.
• Proven track record in DTC sales and lead generation.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proactive and adaptable to new challenges.
• Willingness to obtain a P&C license within 30 days of employment.
