Overview

The Customer Success Agent (CSA) plays a crucial role in retaining clients and enhancing customer satisfaction in the Medicare health insurance sector. This position involves both outbound and inbound calls to assist clients with their insurance needs.

  • Make outbound calls to assist or rewrite policies.
  • Provide answers to customer questions regarding Medicare.
  • Investigate and resolve payment complications.
  • Manage multiple systems during calls.
  • Complete case management tasks in Salesforce.
  • Cross-sell ancillary products.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Meet department goals and performance indicators.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Health & Life License preferred.
  • One year of customer service experience.
  • Experience in the Medicare insurance industry preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new technology.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
