As a Breezy HR Customer Success Agent, you'll use your enthusiasm and empathy to help us troubleshoot, understand, and delight our incredible customer base.

In Short

Full-time remote position working 10am to 7pm EST.
Navigate Breezy's knowledge base to assist customers.
Help customers achieve their goals inside Breezy.
Escalate issues when necessary and collaborate with teammates.
Track support metrics and meet customer success goals.
Identify trends in customer issues to develop training programs.
Experience in customer service is required.
Comfortable with technology and SaaS.
Enthusiastic and professional demeanor.
Work in a small, agile team environment.
