  • Help customers achieve their goals inside Breezy.
  • Escalate issues when necessary and collaborate with teammates.
  • Track support metrics and meet customer success goals.
  • Identify trends in customer issues to develop training programs.
  • Experience in customer service is required.
  • Comfortable with technology and SaaS.
  • Enthusiastic and professional demeanor.
  • Work in a small, agile team environment.
