Requirements

• Fully proficient in German and English (C1 level in both).
• Excited to spread the word about Inyova’s mission.
• A great problem solver with empathy.
• An open, communicative personality.
• Experience with phone duty or e-mail support.
• Affinity for technology and customer feedback tools.
• Proficient in standard office IT tools and CRM systems.
• Financial knowledge is a plus.
