Compliance Manager - Remote

As Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in helping Inyova deliver on the promise to its customers. As a regulated financial Firm in Switzerland (FINMA Bewilligung) and Germany (BAFIN Lizenz), Inyova needs to stay compliant with financial regulations. 

In Short

• Ensure compliance with BaFin (Germany) and FINMA (Switzerland) regulations.
• Maintain and update compliance policies in line with MiFID II, AML, and other applicable laws.
• Act as the primary contact for regulatory authorities and manage regulatory filings.
• Oversee internal compliance audits and risk assessments.
• Implement and monitor AML/KYC policies, ensuring adherence to EU and Swiss regulations.
• Conduct KYC checks for newly onboarded investors or within unusual investor activity.
• Develop and oversee compliance monitoring programs.
• Continuously improve internal compliance frameworks.
• Ensure adherence to data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, Swiss Data Protection Act).
• Monitor regulatory changes and integrate them into company policies.

Requirements

• At least three years hands-on experience in the compliance department of a financial institution, consultancy or auditing firm.
• In-depth knowledge of German and EU financial regulations.
• Track-record of setting up or maintaining waterproof compliance systems.
• Proven execution and project management skills.
• Excellent skills in internal and external communication.
• Proficient in common office IT tools and a general affinity towards technology.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Someone who is a lot of fun to work with.
