Overview

The Customer Success Agent (CSA) is responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to Medicare Supplement/Advantage clients, focusing on retaining the book of business and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In Short

  • Make outbound calls to assist clients and manage their policies.
  • Ensure fulfillment of any rewritten business.
  • Provide answers to customer questions regarding Medicare.
  • Investigate and resolve payment complications for policyholders.
  • Navigate multiple systems while conducting calls.
  • Complete case management tasks in Salesforce.
  • Cross-sell ancillary products to existing clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Meet department goals and performance indicators.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences consistently.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Health & Life License preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
  • Experience in the Medicare insurance industry preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable to new technology.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
