Overview

The Customer Success Agent is responsible for member retention through active engagement with high-risk members, providing guidance and solutions to ensure a positive member experience in navigating healthcare.

In Short

  • Engage with high-risk members to retain them.
  • Provide guidance on plan benefits and resolve issues.
  • Work cross-functionally with care teams and sales agents.
  • Deliver professionalism and empathy in interactions.
  • Educate members on complex healthcare decisions.
  • Contribute feedback for outreach initiatives.
  • Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
  • Training provided for the first 6 weeks.
  • Must have a health insurance license for your state.
  • Remote position with occasional travel for training.

Requirements

  • Active health insurance license.
  • 2+ years experience in a virtual environment.
  • 2+ years Medicare customer service or sales experience.
  • Ability to explain Medicare benefits.
  • Prior call center experience preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
  • Collaboration skills to resolve member issues.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
