Requirements

• AHIMA or AAPC CPC Certification.
• 3+ years of medical coding education or auditing experience.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel or Power BI.
• Experience in public speaking and presentations.
• Knowledge of risk adjustment and coding guidelines.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of Medicare Risk Adjustment is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree and CRC certification are a plus.
