Overview

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will be responsible for proactively driving adoption, product utilization, retention, and customer satisfaction, developing customers into advocates across all accounts.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Proven track record in SaaS environments.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Gainsight.
  • Passion for using technology in public safety.
  • Ability to engage creatively with customers.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with senior leadership.
  • Experience in a fast-growing tech company.
  • Knowledge of Customer Success KPIs.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
