Overview

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value enterprise and commercial accounts, ensuring they realize the value of their investment in PathFactory. This role involves collaborating closely with various departments to drive product adoption and customer engagement.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise and commercial customers.

  • Conduct strategic check-ins with customers.
  • Work with Account Directors on renewals and expansions.
  • Monitor account health and engagement metrics.
  • Serve as a product expert for customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Ability to work strategically with multiple departments.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with the Martech industry is a plus.
