Overview

The Customer Success Management team is composed of creative product experts who work with our customers to drive the adoption of Sift’s Digital Trust & Safety solutions. CSMs unlock strategic business value for online digital businesses across all major industries and around the globe.

In Short

  • Understand the customer’s business and address challenges.
  • Demonstrate the value Sift is providing through strategic reviews.
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of Sift’s product offerings.
  • Act as a customer advocate and improve their experience.
  • Contribute to product documentation and training.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a Customer Success Manager or similar role.
  • Experience in the fraud/payments ecosystem is a plus.
  • Experience owning a book of business and retaining revenue.
  • Track record of showing value through data-driven metrics.
  • Outstanding communication skills with all levels of customers.
  • Strong business acumen and influencing skills.
  • Creative, collaborative, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions.
  • Experience with SaaS products and technical concepts.
