Rad AI is on a mission to transform healthcare with artificial intelligence. We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to deliver unmatched service to our expanding customer base of radiology groups and hospital systems.

In Short

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the post-sale lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain relationships with radiology partners.
• Ensure smooth onboarding for new partners.
• Help customers maximize the value of their subscriptions.
• Monitor customer accounts for feedback and improvement opportunities.
• Drive retention and growth among customers.
• Build a world-class customer success organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for customer value.

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer success or client-facing experience.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of SaaS solutions and technical concepts.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build relationships across functions.
• Availability to work Eastern or Central time zone hours.
