Overview

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will engage with strategic customers, focusing on Cybersecurity as a service offering, ensuring satisfaction and maximizing customer value throughout the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in customer success roles.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience translating customer needs into business requirements.
  • Ability to build strategic account plans with senior executives.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Understanding of recurring revenue sales models.
  • Solid technical acumen and strong cybersecurity knowledge.
