Overview

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for developing a positive customer experience and fostering trusted relationships internally and externally at Iodine Software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, nursing, or related areas.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in healthcare or clinical operations.
  • Healthcare IT background in Account Management or Customer Success.
  • Experience supporting customers in a technology or healthcare company.
  • Expert communication skills using data to convey value.
  • Experience managing complex technical projects.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to manage multiple work streams.
  • Positive, self-starter attitude with attention to detail.
