Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Quisitive, you will be an integral member of the Managed Services team, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving account growth targets.

  • Document business objectives and issues for reporting.

Requirements

  • Enjoy working in cross-functional teams with a positive attitude.
  • Experience managing complex client relationships.
  • Strong customer service mentality with professionalism.
  • Proven experience with IT and business decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • 5+ years of project or customer management experience.
  • Understanding of Microsoft cloud products from a business perspective.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
