Join our Fitness & Wellbeing vertical as a Customer Success Manager to make a real impact every day, managing existing customers and generating new leads.

In Short

  • Manage existing customers and generate new leads.
  • Respond to customer queries efficiently.
  • Conduct proactive account management via calls and visits.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations to improve business practices.
  • Deliver training to clients both remotely and in-person.
  • Resign clients post-contract.
  • Create and analyze monthly reports.
  • Build strong relationships with customers.
  • Identify candidates for product migration.
  • Upsell products to increase software MRR.

Requirements

  • Entry-level Account Management or 1-2 years Customer Service experience.
  • Experience in the fitness industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Direct Debit payments and Club Management Systems.
  • Desirable experience with Debitsuccess or Clubware.
  • Passion for fitness and wellbeing.
  • Proactive communication skills.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
  • High computer literacy, especially in Excel and Salesforce.
