Overview

The Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Manager will lead a team responsible for ensuring the health and performance of Xplor's software and systems, focusing on automation and operational excellence.

• Lead a team of SREs on projects to enhance system reliability.

Requirements

• 1-2 years in a Team Lead role or as a Senior SRE.
• Five years in software development or operations.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with infrastructure operations in cloud environments.
• Intermediate scripting skills (Powershell, Bash, Python).
• Ability to troubleshoot applications systematically.
• Proficient in Git and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ownership of results and outcomes.
