Overview

ABBYY is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Manager to lead a distributed SRE team, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of production systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing technical teams of 10 or more.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Solid understanding of monitoring tools.
• Strong scripting or programming skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience managing remote teams preferred.
