As a Site Reliability Engineering Manager at Algolia, you will lead a team responsible for the global reliability and provisioning of Search Products, focusing on optimizing availability and costs at scale.

• Lead the Fleet team of Site Reliability Engineers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of engineering management experience.
• Fluency in Agile methodology.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience managing diverse teams.
• Knowledge of application deployment and automation.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD.
• Experience with Configuration Management tools.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Full professional English proficiency.
