Overview

This role is for a Marketing Programs & Events Specialist at Quisitive, a global Microsoft services partner, aimed at supporting high-impact events and marketing activities across North America.

In Short

• Coordinate 30–40 events annually, including webinars and trade shows.
• Manage logistics such as vendor management and budget tracking.
• Collaborate with sales and Microsoft contacts for event topics and speakers.
• Support event promotion across various channels.
• Ensure pre- and post-event execution is seamless.
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns related to the events.
• Track lead engagement and share insights with sales.
• 2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing or event coordination required.
• Excellent multitasking and communication skills needed.
• Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem is a plus.
