Overview

AuditBoard is seeking a Marketing & Events Specialist who will support the team in executing events and marketing program logistics through every stage. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

In Short

• Support in executing events and marketing program logistics.
• Organize and manage marketing supplies and client packages.
• Manage event webpages and create marketing emails.
• Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Assist with venue research and vendor management.
• Help with budget management.
• Enhance the AuditBoard brand through initiatives.
• Travel expectations: 15-20% with some weekends required.
• Work primarily remote but preferably near Cerritos, CA.
• Strong project management and communication skills required.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Marketing or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing or events.
• Self-starter with independence in a work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in event planning, hospitality, or PR preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google tools.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends if needed.
