Senior FP&A Analyst - Remote

Overview

AuditBoard is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive data-driven decision making across our high-growth organization, focusing on financial planning, analysis, and decision support for HR, Finance, and Legal.

In Short

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly/monthly forecasting processes for G&A functions.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for strategic initiatives.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide commentary on key drivers.
• Manage consolidation and reporting of G&A performance metrics.
• Act as primary finance partner for HR, Finance, and Legal departments.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities within G&A operations.
• Prepare financial review packages for leadership.
• Ensure accuracy of financial data in ERP and planning systems.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting and analysis.
• Requires Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of FP&A experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience supporting non-finance business leaders.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrates accountability and ownership of deliverables.
