Senior Analyst, FP&A - Remote

Overview

The Senior FP&A Analyst collaborates with teams across the organization on budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes to support strategic business decisions.

In Short

• Develop comprehensive operating budgets & monthly forecasts for Functions/Products
• Establish and maintain cross functional business partnerships to drive financial objectives
• Develop and implement meaningful, actionable, and timely management reporting
• Prepare monthly P&L reviews for senior leadership
• Collaborate with accounting and business partners on investigating variances
• Identify and implement process improvements through automation
• Create supporting schedules and presentations for Board of Directors

Requirements

• 3+ years planning and analysis or related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
• Experience with financial systems (ERP/FPM Systems)
• Agile learner with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented with strong time management
• Excellent written and oral English communication
