Overview

The Product Support Analyst will provide technical and functional support for Insurity’s insurance-based SaaS products, involving troubleshooting issues, analyzing API requests, and collaborating across teams.

In Short

  • Triage incoming tickets and update workflow systems.
  • Provide day-to-day support using SQL and web-based tools.
  • Execute data maintenance scripts and escalate issues.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and support continuous improvement.
  • Communicate with third-party software suppliers and assist with training.
  • Work flexible shifts across global time zones.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in product support or consultancy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL and web-based troubleshooting tools.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Active listening and empathy.
  • Time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to learn insurance workflows quickly.
  • Flexible to work outside normal hours.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
