Senior Sales Enterprise Application Administrator - Remote

Overview

The Senior Sales Enterprise Application Administrator is responsible for providing critical support, administration & maintenance of key sales systems (including Salesforce and other sales and marketing-oriented platforms), utilized by the Sales operations team and overall sales and marketing organizations.

In Short

• Support and administer existing corporate applications.
• Introduce in-app reports, dashboards, and views based on user requirements.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in projects involving changes to the assigned app suite.
• Evaluate, diagnose, research, analyze and provide solutions to complex problems.
• Create and maintain sales operational knowledgebase documentation.
• Support teams and executives with reporting needs by developing dashboards.
• Provide demos and training of sales tools available in the application suite.
• Extract and communicate insights from complex data.
• Monitor data issues and find opportunities for process improvements.
• Participate in special projects, including AI transformation.
