Enterprise Application Administrator - Remote

Overview

As an Enterprise Application Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of our enterprise productivity application ecosystem.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to evaluate and develop support strategies for new enterprise applications.
• Provide expert-level technical oversight for enterprise applications.
• Manage projects and tasks in Jira.
• Monitor and resolve support tickets related to applications.
• Create and maintain documentation and knowledgebase articles.
• Act as the primary liaison for vendor communications.
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Mentor team members.
• Maximize the return on technology investments.
• Ensure alignment with evolving business needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise COTS/SaaS tools.
• 2+ years of experience in vendor management.
• 2+ years of experience with SaaS integration using IPaaS tools.
• Experience configuring productivity tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of scripting languages and API usage.
• Ability to create thorough documentation.
• Experience in HIPAA and/or HITRUST environments.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical issues effectively.
• Curiosity and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to track and manage projects.
