Overview

We are seeking an experienced Application Administrator for one of our global Healthcare Client’s corporate onboarding teams, perfect for someone with a strong background in customer service support and troubleshooting skills.

• Location: Remote, East Coast
• Duration: 6-month contract

• Manage Hypercare strategy for project launches
• Assist in developing and managing Hypercare processes
• Work with IT to manage ticket resolutions
• Prioritize and escalate issues as needed
• Ensure proper reporting metrics are maintained
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of technical customer service support experience
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Experience in project management preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of MS Teams, MS Word, and Excel
